Hatha Yoga is a form of yoga which seeks to achieve balance between the body and mind through postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayamas).
The Hatha Yoga hour is also ideal for beginners.
Yoga & meditation in nature during summer season
We often have an instinctive feeling that we regenerate and relax in nature.
Fresh greenery, blue skies and the scent of the earth relax the body and soul while meditation brings us back to the here and now. Deep breathing from the stomach supplies us with energy and helps us centre ourselves again.
Based on this approach, we have developed three meditation circuits outside of the hotel where you can combine nature with the healing effects of yoga.
Yoga walk during summer season
It does us good to exercise in nature with our eyes and ears open.
The body is supplied with lots of oxygen and the circulation and muscles are trained to the optimum. Lots of people find their own rhythm through walking and meditative running. Our yoga walking tours follow marked footpaths and trails and last 3 to 4 hours. Once at the top, we roll out our mats and practise the sunrise salutation.
