Reservation
Room reservations are only binding once an advance payment of Euro 300 per person has been made. If the reservation is cancelled up to 30 days before arrival there is no cancellation charge; after this date the deposit is forfeit. For your own peace of mind we offer our guests the Holiday Austria Insurance, which we would be happy to take out on your behalf - we can give you further details when you book your room.

Our rooms
Our rooms are spacious, Alpine style with lots of natural wood and a cosy atmosphere, colour TV + DVD, telephone, internet connection, safe and mini-bar, comfortable bathroom with fleecy bath robe, bathroom slippers, hairdryer and scales. The furnishings and shape of the rooms can vary slightly from the illustrations. The floor plans are not to scale. Unfortunately we are not able to reserve specific room numbers or floors within the given room category.

Getting here
Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of your arrival and we request that you vacate them by 12am when you leave. During the summer opening season Oberlech can be reached easily by car via a private road from Lech. There are parking spaces above and underground at the BURG.

Dogs and other pets
can be accomodated only on request at Euro 15,00 to Euro 25,00 per day without food.
Please understand that pets are not allowed in the restaurants.
