Reservation
Room reservations are only binding once an advance payment of € 600,00 per person has been made. If the reservation is cancelled up to 6 weeks before arrival there is no cancellation charge, up to 1 month before arrival a cancellation fee of 3 days can be charged; after this date 80% of the room rate will be charged (in line with Austrian Hotel Terms and Conditions).

For your own peace of mind we offer our guests the Holiday Austria Insurance, which we would be happy to take out ony our behalf - we can give you further details when you book your room.

Our rooms
Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of your arrival and we request that you vacate them by 12am when you leave. If a double room is used by one person alone, the room rate is reduced by Eur 30,00 per day.

Arrival winter
Our hotel is situated in the traffic-free zone of Oberlech. The Lech-Oberlech cable railway - connecting Oberlech with the center of Lech - takes passengers and luggage to the hotel and runs daily from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. Upon arrival guests are asked to report to the Oberlech Information Booth of the Lech-Oberlech cable railway, where cable-railway tickets will be waiting to be picked up with an entrance ticket for the garage, if a parking space has already been reserved. Luggage will be automatically delivered to the hotel.
Users of car navigation systems should be aware that the road from Warth to Lech is closed in winter.

Take your skis and take a plane to Lech
AIR BERLIN operates short, convenient and inexpensive flights from many German airports to Zurich. The flight schedule can be obtained at your travel agency or at www.air-berlin.com

Airport shuttle service
Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday the ARLBERG EXPRESS operates a comfortable bus shuttle service from Zurich Airport to Lech and back. We will be pleased to make seat reservations for you or to organize your private transfer from the airport in spacious comfortable cars or minibuses. Garage spaces
Our hotel has guest parking spaces in the Anger underground garage opposite the Lech-Oberlech cable railway. We recommend that parking spaces be reserved together with rooms. Parking spaces can be rented for Euro 12 per day.

Dogs and other pets
can be accommodated at Euro 15.00 to Euro 25.00 per day (depending on the breed and size for our extra cleaning services) without food, upon request when booking.
Please understand that pets are not allowed in the restaurants.

Ski school
"Happy Skiing Oberlech" , directly in front of the BURG, offers ski instruction for 12 different ability levels, including a children's ski school (from about 3 years of age), youth groups during the holidays and snowboard instruction. Private ski instructors can be booked through the hotel.

Ski passes
Conveniently, your ski passes are promptly issued at the hotel. Photos are not required (except for children's snowman passes for children up to the age of 7 and season passes).

Ski and ski boot rental
Why not ski with the latest equipment every year without having to transport your own ski equipment? Our ski equipment rental provides the latest top-of-the-line skis and boots. Our expert ski service and repair shop guarantee that your equipment is always in top condition. We also offer a toboggan rental for the Oberlech-Lech toboggan run!
