"It's a pity that you cannot caress the wines."
Well, that's what Kurt Tucholsky thought, anyway. ‘WE EAT FOR OURSELVES, NOT FOR THE OTHERS’
What can be better after a day in the snow than pampering the body and soul with a good meal? In our Lechtaler Stube, our guests enjoy cuisine at gourmet standard. Austria meets South Africa and Argentina
During the ‘Arlberg Vineyard’ gourmet fair, the Burg Hotel will be welcoming top winegrowers Constantia Glen (South Africa) and Bodega Norton (Argentina) to the Burg Hotel on 5 December 2016.
The Burg Hotel is home to over 50.000 bottles of the very best wines from all over the world, stored in the stylish vaulted walls of the wine cellar. We accompany Christian Lucian through his wine cellar and are very impressed by our encounter with some of the world’s greatest wines.

They have been writing wine history for more than 600 years – we are proud to present wines from the Italian wine company Antinori – at the Arlberg-Vineyard Gourmet Festival that takes place at Sportpark in Lech from 6 to 9 December, where our star chef Heinrich Röder will also be conjuring up a range of culinary highlights.
